Good Morning!
I have two free resources for you this week.
First, I have an article about something that really drives me crazy.
I can't stand the cliché of "winners never quit and quitters never win."
To me this thought actually stands in the way of the ability to make progress. Don't get me wrong, I am not advocating that we get rid of winners and losers – or that everyone should receive a participation ribbon.
What I am saying is I think quitting can be a good thing.
Don't believe me? Read my reasons why: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9864
Second, I have an interview with one of my favorites. This week I talk to Gwyneth Moss.
Knowing how to tap can be tricky when we come across issues without specific memories to tap for and Gwyneth explains her very simple approach to help you in exactly those situations.
Listen to the conversation here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9866
As always, let me know how I can be helpful.

The Trouble With The Word Quit - Working through hard times is a good thing to do, but there are times when we need to quit. It is not a failing. It is not a mistake. Sometimes quitting is actually the best thing we can do.
Working With Childhood Traumas Where We Don't Remember All The Details w/ Gwyneth Moss - Sometimes when we are tapping we are unable to identify specific memories. In this interview with Gwyneth Moss we look at how to work with these situations.
