Good morning!
I know I have written about it before, but I am always amazed when my clients, who are dotted all around the world and all working on their own set of issues, end up bringing the same type of problem to me.
It has happened again over the last 10 days.
Client after client has been struggling with feeling overwhelmed.
I realize a bunch of people in the modern world feeling overwhelmed isn’t that much of a surprise.
The surprising part? After chatting about the details of what was going on, almost all of them were having a hard time knowing where they should be focusing their efforts.
Everything on their plate seemed so important that they had to do it all!
The thing is, if everything is important then nothing really is important. It is all just the same and highlighting and underlining all of the tasks on our to-do list only causes more stress.
This week’s resource gives you a new way to assess your priorities plus a tapping script that will help you to let go of some of your less pressing tasks.

In addition to that I have a really interesting interview with Helen Walker about social anxiety.
Back in Pod #120 we explored social anxiety from the point of view of how to tap systematically in a way that clears out the anxiety a bit at a time, constantly expanding our area of comfort.
In this interview with Helen we take a different approach. Her method asks the question, "If we assume that anxiety is not our natural state, then what might be the underlying issues that would create this state of mind?"
It is more of a big picture perspective and serves as a perfect complement to the earlier podcast.

As always, let me know what I can do to be helpful,
Gene
PS: Did you know that I work with people one-on-one? Of course you did! BUT did you know that I could be working with you? If you are interested doing that just reply to this note. I would love to chat with you to see how I could serve you.
