Good morning,
Sometimes I feel a little like a nagging parent with my clients because I say the same things over and over again.
A parent might repeat, "Brush your teeth!" "Is your homework done?" or "Turn off the TV and go outside."
It’s all good advice, but when you hear it repeatedly you start tune it out.
The phrase I nag clients with the most (and therefore the one they are most likely to ignore) is "good enough is good enough."
I am guessing there is a part of you that just cringed a little when you read that phrase. Our culture tells us that we must strive for excellence and if we aren't then we are failing.
I believe it is a phrase that we should read or say daily!
It’s not that I am against excellence. In many areas I think it is a good thing to aim for, but often it is just not healthy or productive.
This week I explore the myth of excellence and how good enough is good enough.
There is a tap-along at the end of the audio that I think you will find very useful.

As always, please let me know how I can be helpful by hitting reply to this note.

Is It Possible To Be Comfortable With Good Enough(w/ Tap-Along) - It is very easy to believe that we need to strive for the best, but there are times in which that not only doesn't serve us, but makes it harder for us. In this audio we explore how good we need to be at any one thing and how we can let go of the need to be the best at everything.
