There are lots of ways that I come up with ideas for the articles and podcasts that I share.
Most of the ideas come from conversations with clients, questions from readers, and my own healing journey.
I only share the things that I think you (as a group of all my readers) will find helpful. I know that not everything I share will resonate with everyone. Even after doing this for 7 years I am still sometimes surprised at which resources really strike a chord with my readers.
When I sent out the podcast a few weeks ago on "What if I can't love and accept myself?" I was blown away by the number of emails I received from people who found something useful in that audio.
In the audio I spent some time talking about whether or not you should be tapping for love and self-acceptance. Once they realized it was a good idea to tap for that, a number of people told me that they didn't know where to start.
So this week I have for you a very simple way to tap for difficulties around self-acceptance without having to find the root cause. It is a straightforward process that you can do in a just few minutes a day.
