Good morning,
This week I have two resources for you that are related, but not exactly connected directly.
First, I have a song by Sinéad O'Connor that I think is one of the most perfect tap-alongs ever.
I was lucky enough to see her perform this song live and it was one of the holiest experiences I have ever encountered.
It is about being accepted and it is powerful.
Listen and tap along here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=10148
The second resource is a short reflection on the set-up phrase "Even though I have this [insert issue] I love and accept myself."
I am asked about once a week whether we need to say this phrase when we tap.
One of the reasons I think this question comes up is because saying that we accept ourselves can be a difficult, and sometimes painful, experience.
Here are my thoughts on the set-up phrase, how it is useful, and when to avoid it: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=10153
I would love to hear your thoughts on these two threads about acceptance.

Thank You For Hearing Me - I find Sinéad O'Connor's song "Thank You For Hearing Me" to be such a powerful song to tap along to. Take a listen and tap!
What If I Can't Say I Love And Accept Myself (Thoughts On The EFT Set-up Phrase) - I am regularly asked if we have to say "I love and accept myself" when tapping. Here are my thoughts on when it is useful and when it is a distraction.
