Good morning,
This week I address an important, but often misunderstood, concept when we are tapping for our emotions and limiting beliefs.
It is about WHY we tap.
We don't tap to feel better. We don't tap to get rid of an emotion.
The reason we tap is to have "proportional, well-informed emotional responses".
Yes, I know that sounds like a bunch of psycho babble, but at the heart of that phrase is a simple and very important concept.
When you understand this concept you will be able to focus your tapping sessions, ensure you are tapping in the most useful way, and have a better appreciation of why you need to tap in the first place.
