Good morning,
I hope these emails from me don't come across as dashed off attempts just to get you to go to my website.
Every week I try to find the best way to share with you the intention of the new weekly resources so that you know if it is right for you.
I want it to be useful and I don't want you to waste your time.
This week, as I tried to figure out how to start this note all I could hear over and over again in my head is The Beatles song "All You Need Is Love".
Which is true...
First, I spend a lot of time working with clients on the things they regret. Actions that weren't taken. Words that weren't said. In many cases these are moments that are lost forever and they can never go back to do them the way they wanted.
This idea was brought home to me in a personal way in the last few weeks as I watched loved ones mourn the much too soon deaths of friends. There was a stream of well wishes and memories online that were filled with "Why didn't I say this sooner, when you were here?"
I don't want you to live with unnecessary regret in your life. Take a moment to read this article on how you can take a simple step with tapping that will prevent you from saying, "I wish I would have said that before it was too late."

Second, I live in a city of professional daters. It is like nothing I have ever experienced before in my life. It is as if everyone has a second job, which is dating.
And I understand why. It would be awesome to find our way to a fulfilling, nurturing relationship. This week I have an interview with Stefan Gonick sharing how you can use tapping to clear unhelpful old relationship patterns and fears to allow the relationship you desire into your life.
Listen to the conversation here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=10269
*I am sorry that you now have the song stuck in your head as well. But there are much worse songs I could stick in your head.
I hope you have a great week. Let me know what I can do to be helpful.
