Good Morning,
It is hard to believe that we celebrated New Year's Eve two months ago already!
On the first of the year it is so easy to be filled with hope and optimism. And now that can feel like it was not six weeks, but a hundred years ago.
For me the foundation of my healing and transformation has been a process of becoming more and more comfortable in my own skin.
When I love and accept myself I’m able to create a life without fearing what others think.
