Good morning,
When I am coming up with topics for the website everything falls into one of two categories.
Either they are topics I believe to be really important and useful or they have been requested by readers like you.
This week I have one of each.
First, if you have been a reader of mine for any length of time you know that I am very interested in the words that we use to describe our lives and our problems.
Looking at the language we use can provide the keys to the limiting beliefs lurking beneath what we are experiencing and how we are behaving.
One of the words I pay special attention to when my clients use it is "should". There are often all sorts of hidden beliefs and deep emotions under the word should.
Here is a simple way to look at your “shoulds” and what you can do to get under the surface of what they might be shielding.

Second, I was looking at the site’s web traffic and in the last few weeks one of the most accessed resources was one about how many tapping sessions are needed to resolve an issue and how we know if it has been 100% cleared.
Since the article was almost 5 years old I decided to update it.
So, how many sessions does it take? Find out here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=10824
As always, you can let me know how I can be helpful by replying to this note.
Blessings,
Gene
How Many Tapping Sessions Do I Need To Clear My Issue 100%? - After a tapping session we can feel great and like our issue has been cleared. So it’s frustrating to have the issue come back. This is usually because it wasn't completely cleared when we tapped. Here is some guidance on how to know when you are completely clear on an issue.
The Problem With "I Should" - “Should” is a word we often use without thinking and can get us into emotional trouble. Here is an easy way to figure out if you should be using the word should and how to transform it if it isn't!
