Good morning,
A few weeks ago I shared with you why TappingQ&A exists. The note was motivated by someone who was a little frustrated (to say the least) with how I conduct my business.
I was blown away by all the nice notes of encouragement that I received from readers like you.
Not only did I get a warm fuzzy feeling, I received two ideas for the new pieces of content that I have for you this week.
First, there was a great suggestion to create some tapping for dealing with criticism.
There are generally two ways we deal with criticism. We either feel hurt by it or we fight back (even if it is just fighting back emotionally in our head). Sometimes we do both.
I have created a tap-along to deal with criticism. Many of you reading this aren't feeling criticized in this moment and might be thinking "This isn't for me."
One thing I have learned from my own life is that my emotional response to criticism isn't something that passes. Even when I am not in the middle of it, it is bubbling under the surface.
I encourage you to tap along to this audio: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=10776
Second, a number of readers commented on the fact that the problem wasn't that I emailed them, but instead that they didn't know where to start because there are so many things to tap on and so many resources available.
To that end I have created 6 simple things you can do to streamline your tapping.
Check them out here and enjoy more productive tapping sessions: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=10771
Both of this week’s tools are super practical. Do yourself a favor and use one of them right now!
As always, let me know how I can be helpful by simply replying to this email.
Blessings,
Gene
