I have always described myself as the "most conservative entrepreneur you will ever meet."

Even though I am working without a net by running my own business I am very thoughtful about the choices I make. I don't rush after the newest best thing. I don't chase short term sales.

I take my time, I ask for input from people I trust, and I do a great deal of research before I try anything new.

Even when I am making deliberate choices I have learned that no matter how much thought I put into something I won’t know if it is really a good idea until I actually try it.

So here goes… After a lot of thought and consideration I am going to try something new.

Starting next Thursday I am going to remove hourly sessions from my website. For the next 3 months you will not be able to sign up for individual one-on-one sessions.

You will still be able to work with me one-on-one, but it will happen in a new way. I will share all the details with you next Wednesday.

Things that are not changing: The way the website, podcast, and newsletter work are not changing at all. (If anything, I have some plans for the summer which will improve the free parts of the site!)
