Good afternoon,
The lesson that keeps coming back to me when I am doing my own tapping is that I am only truly able to control my own choices and reactions.
I can't control what other people think, feel, or do.
I can only change myself.
And the goal in changing myself isn't to become emotionless. The goal of tapping has never been to remove our emotions. The goal of tapping is to feel the most useful emotion at the appropriate time and to the right degree.
Over the last few months I have shared some of my favorite tools in helping all of us – and I say us because I need this too – to find our way to sound emotional health.
To find our way to self-acceptance and to being happier with our choices and our reactions.
Please take a moment to read through the list of free resources below. I have a feeling there is something there that will be helpful today. Even if you have read and listened to them before, today is a new day and they will be useful in new ways.
Please let me know how I can be helpful to you in your journey.
Happy Friday,
Gene
