click display imagesGood morning,

I don't know about you, but I am not one of those people who remembers much about my life before the age of four.

I have spits and spots of memories, but there is little that is concrete in my conscious mind. Even the memories I have feel like they are being viewed through a filter so I am not sure if they are real or imagined.

Although I don't have conscious memories of my very early life, my current understanding of the world was partially shaped during those formative years.

Without conscious memories it can be difficult to tap for moments of fear and trauma from our early life.

This week I have a conversation with Sharon King in which she shares a way to work with this part of our past even without direct access to the memories.

I hope you enjoy the interview.

Have a great Thursday!
