click display images Good morning,

When I sit down to edit a podcast where I am sharing a tapping session for one of my own issues I always feel concerned.

It can feel self-indulgent because I am worried it will come across as all about me.

So I am truly gratified when I receive emails from readers thanking me and saying how helpful and instructive they found hearing me tap in real time for an issue.

Back in July I shared a tap-along of me working on shame. I wanted to share it because I think shame is one of the hardest emotions for us to face head on as it’s all about the feeling of failure.

I received more emails commenting on that tap-along than anything else I have shared in the last year. To that end I have decided to do a second part.

Here is more tapping for shame: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=11019

I would love to hear if you find this helpful.

Blessings,

Gene

PS: We are repeatedly told that "Winners never quit and quitters never win!" I am going to disagree with that. I want you to quit, and not just quit something like eating sweets. I want you to quit lots of things and here is why: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=9864

EFT For Shame - Shame is an insidious emotion. It can also be one of the hardest emotions to tap for because of our resistance to wanting to dive into it. Here is another tap-along audio to help clear feelings of shame.
