Good morning,
When working with clients I regularly hear about the frustration of how tapping isn't working for a particular issue. I think this frustration is compounded by the fact that tapping works so well for some issues, while other times it doesn't seem to do anything at all.
The reason it isn't working is often because we are tapping on the wrong issue. Since we are tapping on the wrong issue, no amount of tapping will get the job done.
This week I have an article and a podcast to help you approach this dilemma in two different ways.
One of most important tools that I have learned in my own self-care is becoming better at listening to the information my physical body is giving me. We can reason out many of the root causes of our issues, but if we aren't listening to our bodies then we are missing an important part of the healing puzzle.
