Good morning,

I have two super useful and super easy tools to share with you this week, so I am going to just cut to the chase. Using either one will make your day better and your tapping easier to do.

First, a few weeks ago I was chatting on Skype with my friend Wendy Merron. She was getting ready to share two tapping routines with her mailing list. She calls them AM/PM Tapping because they are for starting and ending your day.

She asked my advice on whether I thought they needed to be changed in any way.

After she explained them my response was, "Those are perfect just as they are AND I would love to share them with my readers!"

Wendy happily agreed so here they are! There is an audio version you can tap along to and also a print version that you can put on your nightstand (or wherever you do your tapping).

Second, I have a short article on how we use language to describe the emotions we are feeling. By making one small change in the way you describe your emotions you can reframe your experience and clear issues much more quickly.

Once you read the article it will become a tool that you can use forever because it is so simple to master.

I hope you find both of these resources useful. If you have been reading or listening to my resources for long then you know I am a big fan of pragmatic tools that you can put to use right away. These two tools fall into that category.

Let me know how useful you find them.

Blessings,

Gene

Morning And Evening EFT w/ Wendy Merron - Here is a great process to start and end your day with tapping. Do it today!

I Feel Sad…I Am Not Sad - It is important that we make a clear distinction between who we are and how we feel. When we see this difference it not only impacts the way we tap, but also the way we see ourselves.
