Good morning,
For the last two years I have been spending a lot of time thinking about the emotion of fear.
The subject of fear comes up in almost every call I have with clients.
Fear is our most primitive emotion and it is the reason we have survived as a species.
Simply put: fear keeps us safe
This week I am sharing two resources to help you to respond to fears that are too big.
First, I have a great personal story from Mary Ayers about how she confronted her fear around something she had to do and how it transformed the way she works with clients and their fears.
This podcast will give you a great way to think about working on fear with tapping.

Second, I have a short explanation as to why we feel fear, how it affects us, and a simple tap-along you can use any time you are about to take an action that frightens you.

I would love to hear how these two resources help you take bolder actions. As always, you can reach me by replying to this message.
Blessings,
Gene
PS: Don't forget that there is still time to sign up for the free Matrix Reimprinting EFT Online Summit. It will be worth signing up for just to hear Bruce Lipton speak!
EFT For Getting Past Fear w/ Mary Ayers – We are often told that we need to toughen up and muscle our way through what scares us. In this interview Mary Ayers shares a different (and much gentler) way to respond to fear.
Why You Are So Scared To Take Action – Fear is not the problem. Fear is a useful emotion that keeps us safe. The problem is when fear shows up at times when it is not needed or shows up too strongly. Here is a simple tap-along to respond to those occasions.
