Stand-up comedian Jerry Seinfeld had an old routine about public speaking. It went like this:

"I saw a study that said speaking in front of a crowd is the number one fear of the average person. I found that amazing. Number two was death. That would mean, for the average person, if you have to be at a funeral you would rather be in the casket than giving the eulogy."

Even if you aren't regularly giving presentations in front of large audiences, the fear that comes from public speaking can affect your life.

The surprising fact about the fear of public speaking for most people is that it has nothing to do with a bad experience with public speaking. The root cause of this fear is often something else.

This week I have a conversation with EFT Master Tania A. Prince about the root causes of the fear of public speaking and how we can tap for them.

Finding those unexpected root causes can be hard for even the most seasoned tapper.

This week I also have for you seven simple questions you can ask to help discover the root cause of an emotion.
