Good morning,
As you read this I am in Portland, OR visiting my sister. In addition to this trip I am also traveling to Wyoming to spend Christmas with my family.
Then there is a trip to the UK to visit friends in early December, as well as seemingly countless holiday parties.
All of this is great AND it can feel like too much.
The holiday season can feel completely overwhelming! To that end I have created a tap-along audio to help with feeling overwhelmed over the next month.

As much fun as the holidays can be they can also trigger a lot of emotional pain.
We often find ourselves spending time with people we have to spend time with and at gatherings we would rather not attend.
These events can stir up old feelings, especially those of inadequacy and disconnection.
For many people, spending time with their families gives rise to feelings of unworthiness and undeserving of anything good.
This week I have a reflection on the difference between worth and deserving. When we know how to approach these two words it gives us a new way transform these emotions when tapping.
Read it here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=1726
I would love to hear your thoughts on this reflection.
Blessings,
Gene
PS: I’ll be be visiting London in December and am going to host an informal meet-up on Saturday December 12th at 11am in the coffee shop on the 3rd floor of Tate Modern. If you are in the area I would love to see you. Please reply to this email if you are thinking of coming so I can look out for you!
Pod #196: EFT For Seasonal Overwhelm (w/ Tap-Along) – It is easy to feel overwhelmed by the craziness of the holiday season. Here is a tap-along audio to help you manage the stress and overwhelm.
Worth v. Deserve – Two of the most problematic words when describing our experience are the words "worth" and "deserve". Here is a reflection to help you navigate them, which is particularly helpful when tapping for self-esteem.
