Good morning,
At times my clients feel really frustrated when we are tapping because their inner voice says the exact opposite statement to the phrases we’re saying out loud.
They feel like their tapping isn't working or, worse, that they are doing something wrong.
The truth is, this is one of the best outcomes with tapping.
I love it when our critical voice is disagreeing with the phrases we are tapping to because it means we are heading in the right direction. It means we are doing exactly the right work for the issue at hand.
This week in the podcast I share with you why this happens and how you can use it to your advantage when tapping to get results faster!
