I am guessing you are like me; right now your heart is breaking for those in Paris.

In the modern world it can be difficult as an observer to tragedy. We are bombarded with the visual images of what is going on, but are so far a way that we can't do a thing about it.

After the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013 I recorded a short audio and video tap-along to help emotionally with responding to such a tragedy.
