Good morning,

I have a bit of a shameful admission. As educated and erudite as I like to think my taste is, I have a tendency to consume a fair bit of lowbrow culture.

I love (and I mean LOVE) competitive reality shows! One of my favorite ways to give my brain a break is in front of shows like Top Chef and Project Runway.

My latest obsession is "The Great British Bake Off". It is hard to stream here in the US, so I have even gone to extra-legal measures so I could watch it.

I recently binge-watched the 2015 season. Over the course of it I fell in love with one of the contestants, Nadiya Hussain. As the show progressed, this stay-at-home mom grew in confidence right before our eyes. She went from timid and quiet to declaring:

"I will never put limitations on myself again. I used to think 'I can't do that.' I will never think that again. I can do it. I can do anything."

It was lovely, and in that exact moment somehow I managed to get a bunch of dust in my eyes and needed tears to wash it away.

The reason the moment was so touching for me is because it breaks my heart when I talk to people who don't think they are capable of more, worthy of more, or are ashamed of their dreams.

This week I have a tap-along audio to help with feeling more comfortable about owning our dreams.

No matter who you are, there is an upper limit to your dreams. (I know I have one.) This is a worthwhile tap-along and script for all of us.

In addition to the tap-along audio I have also included a pdf version of the script that you can print out.

Tap-along here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=11203

I am only sharing one resource this week because I think the topic is so important. Please let me know what comes up when you are tapping to this and I will expand the resources based on your responses.

Blessings,

Gene
