Good morning,

On Monday afternoon I was talking to one of my clients who was really frustrated.

She said:

I feel like such a failure. I set aside some time this weekend to do some tapping so that when we worked today I would already have cleared out some of the easier issues so that we could dig into the deeper more complicated issues together.

I was all set. Everyone was out of the house, my phone was turned off, I had a pad and paper, and my glass of water was full. I was ready to go but then I just drew a giant blank. I didn't know where to begin. It was as if I could think of everything I wanted to tap on all at once, but couldn't think of one specific issue.

I sat there for about five minutes stopping and starting. Not really tapping on anything. So I gave up and went to work on my garden.

This is not an uncommon problem.

There is a huge difference between knowing the basics of tapping to being able to tap effectively on your own.

This week I have a conversation with Ann Adams about becoming more effective at tapping on your own. I think Ann is one of the best tapping instructors in the world, so this one is a must-listen.

Coming up with suitable phrases to tap to is one of the struggles of tapping alone. In much the same way as I created a set-up phrase generator, I have also created a tapping script generator.

All you need to do is answer a few questions, click on the bright orange button, and it will produce a personalized tapping script just for you.

This week's resources exist because of questions from readers just like you.

Please feel free to reply to this email to let me know your questions about tapping.

I hope you have a great day,

Gene
