Good morning,
Last month I had the opportunity to spend a morning working with a group of pilgrims who were heading to World Youth Day in Poland. The young adults that I worked with are going to be joining 2.5 million other people and Pope Francis in Kraków.
My friend Ryan, who asked me to speak to the pilgrims, said "I need you to help them to understand that this isn't a vacation, it is a pilgrimage."
That is not a small detail. There is a huge difference between the two and setting out with the right expectations will dramatically improve their experience.
This is week I have a conversation around a similar idea. I talk to Joanne Callahan about why it is important from time to time to go on a healing retreat. Not just a vacation where we can escape daily life, but a trip with the deliberate plan to create more space for healing.
If this isn't something you have considered before, I encourage you to listen to our conversation.

One of the reasons that it is a good idea to create space (like going on retreat) for healing is because we want to make sure we have the time for that healing to take place.
One of the questions I am often asked on this subject is how many tapping sessions or how much time is needed to clear an issue 100%.
Here are some thoughts to help you to understand how long you should and need to tap on one issue: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=219
I hope you are having a great Thursday,
Gene
