Good morning,
When I started TappingQandA.com my aim was to make tapping even easier for you to use on your own.
Over the weekend I received an email from someone who told me that I was "teaching tapping wrong". They told me that I was making a huge mistake by not using the traditional set-up statement AND that I should be using all of the tapping points, not just a short cut version.
I have never claimed that the way I tap is the best way or the only way. It is the way that works for me and my clients. My hope is that what I share will be instructive and helpful to you.
This email was an amazing coincidence because just last week I had a conversation with founding EFT Master Gwyneth Moss on exactly this topic: Is there a "right" way to tap?
You can hear the full conversation here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=11632
In an ongoing attempt to make tapping on your own even easier I also have for you a simple process to tap for any emotion. This is particularly good to use when you are feeling an emotion so strongly that you don't know where to start.
I have included a downloadable pdf of the process for those who like to print out instructions.
Learn the 10 steps: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=11636
I hope you find both of these tools useful. Remember, when tapping, the most important question is "How is it working for you?" If what you are doing is working, keep on doing it. If not, seek a new path.
I hope you have a great Thursday,
Gene
