Good morning,

Man, it has been a tough few weeks in the US. And it has been a tough few weeks all around the world.

If you pay close enough attention, there isn't a day that goes by without something horrible happening in the world. War, violence, and natural disasters are a part of life.

It's not that we live in an especially dangerous time, but being so technologically connected we are more aware of it.

I am willing to bet that you are a thoughtful, caring person and this type of news impacts you on an emotional level.

In addition to the bad stuff that is happening out in the world, sometimes catastrophic events happen close to home, either impacting us personally or our loved ones.

When dealing with catastrophe near or far there is our immediate reaction, there is our reaction after the fact, and also the need to put events in context and perspective.

This week I have a conversation with Orlando based practitioner Jenn Goddard who has dealt with catastrophe firsthand in the wake of last month's mass shooting in Orlando.

In addition to talking about the tools we can use to respond to catastrophe, we also spend time tapping on a number of issues. This is a great resource to prepare you for the next time you are affected by a major trauma and to come back to when you are in the middle of one.

Responding To Catastrophic With EFT w/ Jenn Goddard – When there is major trauma we need to be able to respond in the moment, deal with the lasting effects, and put the events in perspective. In this interview Jenn Goddard and I talk and tap about how we can do all three.
