Good morning,
When it comes to the choices we make and the way that we behave, there is no difference between what we believe is true and what is actually true.
For example, if I believe that you were gossiping about me it doesn't matter if you did or not. My belief will cause an emotional response of feeling hurt and betrayed. I won’t be able to trust you and I might even confront you, because for me it is reality.
It is difficult for us to transform our beliefs because we perceive them as reality and therefore assume they can't be changed.
In this week’s podcast Steve Wells and I have a conversation about the five categories of beliefs, how we can identify inaccurate ones, and how we can transform these beliefs into something more useful.
