Good morning,
One of the reasons that we love EFT is that it is incredibly easy to use, it works for so many issues, and it can be done just about anywhere.
It is so simple that I have been able to teach the basics to total strangers in under five minutes with nothing more than a crude drawing on bar napkin.
But sometimes this simplicity can be deceiving. It can feel as if we are missing something and that there is more we could or should be doing.
Over the last month I have been asking for your questions about EFT and almost all of them were about how to get more out of EFT.
This week I have answers to four of those questions. If you would like to get more out of your tapping, this is perfect for you.
Listen to the questions and answers right here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=11908
I know that for many of you reading information is more useful than listening to it, so I have also transcribed the answers to each of the questions. Because the entire transcription of the audio is almost 5000 words, I have decided to break it up into four articles.
Here is the first one about why I use phrases that I do when tapping: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=11911
I will share the other three transcripts over the next few weeks.
I hope you have a great day!
Gene
PS: I am going to do this type of podcast again (with transcript) so please do keep your questions coming: http://tappingqanda.com/ask
