Good morning,
If you have been reading these emails for any length of time, then you are probably well aware of how fascinated I am by the choices we make. I find it so interesting that there are times when we know exactly what we want, but still don't take action.
Going after this lack of action is my favorite way of using EFT.
Sometimes we are able to take the action we want to take, but we aren't doing it as well as we would like. Because of our lack of confidence we can end up doing something half heartedly.
Not only do we fail to get the outcome we desire, but we can also find ourselves frustrated by the fact that we didn't do our best.
EFT is also a useful tool for getting the most out of the actions we take.
This week I am having a conversation with peak performance coach, Gina Parris, about how we can identify the issues that are getting in our way when we are taking action AND how we can use tapping to clear those issues..
Peak performance isn't just about sports or doing something professionally. We want to do our best at everything we do, which makes this a great tool for everyone.
