I know you are a caring person!
I don't know this because the readers of Tapping Q & A are the kindest and best people in the world. (You are!) I know this because most people who are into self-improvement not only want to improve themselves, they want better for everyone!
This also means that you are probably bad at creating boundaries. You give too much time, attention, and energy to others.
Don't get me wrong, I am glad that you are kind and caring, but if you give too much then you don't have enough left to care for yourself.
