Like you, over the years I have spent a lot of time doing personal development work.

Because of this I have become a good observer of my own experience and particularly so where my own moods are concerned.

When I am in a bad mood I will tell my friends, "Be warned. I am being grouchopotamus today."

One of the main reasons I turn into a grouchopotamus is because of lack of sleep the night before.

Getting enough good quality sleep is important not only for our mood, but for our physical and mental health.

This week I have for you an updated version of my tapping for a good night’s sleep. The tapping script is designed to not only help you let go of the day’s stress, but also to put you in the right frame of mind for a good night’s sleep.

I have included a tap-along audio version as well as text that you can print out.
