Everywhere you turn there are signs that we are in full-on holiday mode.

The holiday season can be lovely AND it can be exhausting and stressful.

It seems that every night there is another pageant, concert, or holiday party to attend. The holiday season also brings with it many traditions that require us to spend time with people we might not want to see.

Most people simply put on a brave face and muscle their way through.

But it doesn't have to be that way. It is OK to admit that the holidays are stressful and there are responsibilities that we don't relish. When we do this we aren't just fighting our way through the season, but are able to care for ourselves and find the joy that is there.

This week I have for you four tap-along audios with scripts to help you through the stress of the holiday season. They are:

  • Too many activities going on
  • Having to spend time with people you might not choose to spend time with
  • Financial stress because of holiday spending
  • Feeling disconnected from the meaning of the season

I have included both an audio that you can tap along to, and scripts that you can print out. Whichever you prefer, they are right at your fingertips for when you need them most.

If you can think of some other holiday related topics that could use some tapping, please let me know. If there are a number of topics that I missed, I will add additional resources.

I hope you are having a great day,

Gene
