click display images Good morning,

I can still remember the moment I became a tapping convert like it was yesterday.

I had learned how to tap from a teleclass, I had bought a few tapping resources, and I was trying it out. I had seen a little success, but I didn't think too much of it. Then it all changed one November night…

It was Thanksgiving and I was visiting my family in Wyoming. I woke up in the middle of the night with a splitting headache. It was a pain unlike any I’d experienced before. It felt as if someone was sticking a knife into the top of my head.

Because I was traveling I didn't have any pain meds. I didn't want to wake up anyone else by rummaging around the house trying to find something helpful.

Then I remembered this tapping thing. Just 60 seconds later I was pain free and 90 seconds later I was asleep.

The next morning I woke up with a hunger to learn more.

Because tapping is so powerful at dealing with emotional issues and limiting beliefs, I think it is all too easy to forget that it is also really effective at dealing with physical pain.

This week in the podcast I share with you the 15 questions I ask when I use tapping for physical pain. You can use these questions to guide you the next time you need tapping to knock out pain.

Learn the 15 questions here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=12292

I would love to hear if there is a question that you would add to this list.

Have a great day,

Gene
