Good morning,
Tapping is just plain weird.
It looks funny and it does not seem reasonable that tapping on your body would provide all the amazing benefits we know it does.
Because it is so odd, it can be difficult to share with others. One of the ways in which we can help those new to tapping get past how bizarre it looks is by sharing with them proof that it works.
This week I have a conversation with Dr. Peta Stapleton who has been performing comprehensive scientific research on the effectiveness of tapping. We talk about her research methods and what she and her colleagues have learned in the ten years they have been researching tapping.
This is information that everyone who shares tapping with others should know.
In addition to the conversation with Peta, I have included links to her published research papers on the effectiveness of tapping for cravings, weight loss, smoking cessation, and stress/anxiety management.
