My clients tell me all the time that, "I know should be tapping, but for some reason I just don't get around to it."
A key factor in our reluctance to tap is that we don't want to wallow in our negative emotions. Even though tapping is powerful at clearing these emotions, part of us just doesn't want to have to go through that process.
This week I have a pleasant diversion from the negative emotions in the shape of an entire tap-along of positive affirmations! I wouldn't recommend this as the only type of tapping you do, but I think it’s a great tool to add to your tapping arsenal.
