I know I have spent a lot of time in my emails talking about the feedback I receive from readers like you. Your feedback is sooooooo valuable!

When you ask questions or affirm the resources on the website, it helps me to create the most useful new content.

Over the last few weeks there has been a spike in the number of questions about how best to use tapping for weight release. I am guessing that this is because a number of you made New Year's resolutions around losing weight, didn't find those resolutions very helpful, and are now looking for a better approach.

This week I have a great conversation for you about how to use tapping to shed unwanted pounds. My guest is Terran Leigh, a Brooklyn based EFT practitioner.

Weight release is not my speciality, so whenever someone reaches out to me for help with it, I always send them to Terran because she so good at working with this tricky issue.

In the interview we talk about the reasons you may struggle with weight release, how to get past them, and simple ways to tap daily to move towards the body and health that you desire.
