Good afternoon,

Two weeks ago I told you the story about how I was sooooo frustrated in my Pilates class that I almost started cussing out my instructor.

Of course I didn't actually cuss her out AND I wasn't really mad at her, but I was super frustrated because my body wasn't doing what I wanted it to do.

My frustration felt so overwhelming that my brain got fuzzy and I couldn't process even the most basic instructions.

All I knew in that moment was frustration!

When we are in the midst of extreme emotion it’s almost impossible to tap because there are no words. It’s just pure emotion.

This week I have for you a simple 3-step process to use when you are in the moment and don't know what to say when you are tapping. This is different from the tap-along audio I shared with you two weeks ago.

This is not a tap-along, but a tool that you can use anytime you are overwhelmed by frustration or any other emotion and don't know where to start when you tap.

The process is so simple that you will be able to master it after listening once.

Learn the process here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=12805

Blessings,

Gene
