Good morning,
A few weeks ago I was on the phone with a client, Jeff. In the same breath he was talking about how he needed to accept more help from others, and the next moment he was apologizing for taking up my time.
We were on the phone to tap for his issues. It wasn't like Jeff had interrupted me in the middle of my dinner to ask for help. The reason I was talking to him was because I was there to help.
For kind-hearted people who love to help others, asking for help can be so hard.
We can feel like:
- We are not worthy of the help.
- Others have it way worse than we do, so they are much more deserving of help.
- We know how to do healing work, therefore we should be doing our work.
The truth is that we need help from others. Every single one of us needs help from the outside.
It is not noble or brave always to go it alone and refuse help.
It is foolish.
This week I have a tap-along audio and printable script for becoming open to receiving help from others.
Most of the time when I write these emails I know the topic won’t apply to everyone on my mailing list.
This week’s resources are for everyone.
Yes, I mean you too.
Take a few minutes. Tap along. It will be good for you.
Do it here: http://tappingqanda.com/?p=12844
After you do it, please let me know which part of the tapping resonates most with you. It will help me to create better tap-along audios in the future.
Blessings,
Gene
PS: I am coming to London on vacation at the end of this month. Shoot me an email if you are interested in coming along to an informal gathering somewhere central on Monday July 31st. It will be fun!
