Money is such a tricky subject and there is so much wrapped up in it. Just last week on the podcast Melissa Olson pointed out the fact that people are way more comfortable talking about their sex lives than they are about talking about money.

It's no surprise! Money is emotionally loaded, and tied to our ideas of self-worth and value. We can also struggle with having too much and feeling greedy.

Finding ways to the root causes of how and why we struggle with money can be tricky because there is no obvious entry point.

This week I have a conversation with Brad Yates about how we deal with (or in some cases hide from) money.

During the conversation he introduced me to the idea of a money thermostat. It is an idea that I had never heard before, but it is a great way to reach a fuller understanding about our relationship to money.

Brad also shares some very practical steps for tapping for the issues we have with money.

You live in the world and therefore you have to interact with money. You should have the best relationship possible with money.

This conversation will help!

Let me know what you think of Brad's ideas.

Blessings,
