Good afternoon,

Convention goes that in polite company there are three topics we should avoid: politics, religion, and money.

The reason we don't talk about the first two is because (at least in my experience) they cause lots of people to talk and very few to listen.

The reason we don't talk about money is much more complicated. There are so many issues wrapped up in money. There are ideas of our standing the world, the opportunities we have been given - and whether or not we have taken advantage of them - and value.

Money is a "dirty" word

Some of us have even been taught that money is dirty or evil. Or we have experiences from our past that have shown us that money is something that other people are allowed to have, but we are not.

All of this makes money a hard topic to talk about, and also to think about, because there is so much shame, guilt, and fear associated with it.

We can ignore some issues from our past without much consequence today. Money isn't one of those issues. Money impacts our life in seen and unseen ways. If we don't have a healthy relationship with money, it will be difficult (if not impossible) to have what we want in our work and in our life.

Uncomplicate your relationship with money!
It doesn't have to be this way. You can have a healthy relationship with money without it controlling your life and defining your worth. It is possible for you to see money as a tool that helps you to create the life you want.

This November I am going to be one of the five trainers and speakers at "Uncomplicate Your Relationship With Money", a live event in Orlando FL. The event is specifically designed for therapists, coaches and energy practitioners. It will help you to:

  • Charge what you're worth
  • Hold on to the money you do make
  • Budget appropriately for the past, present and future
  • Set appropriate boundaries with your money
  • Market yourself or your business - i.e. "Put yourself out there"
  • Face your money beliefs and your finances head on

We are going to do this by helping you to clear your past traumas around money, value, and worth.

I am going to be joined by Brad Yates (one of my past podcast guests), Eric Leskowitz MD, Jenn Goddard (another podcast guest) and Melissa Lester Olson, LCSW.

The event is taking place on November 11th and 12th in Orlando, FL.

Over the two-day event you will transform your relationship with money as you learn tools and tap to clear past issues.

The two-day event only costs $297 (and there are discounts if you bring a friend or come as a team!).

If you have any questions about the event, simply reply to this email and I will get back to you.

I love the fact that the event is being held in Florida!
I don't know about you, but spending a few days (or even a few extra days) in Florida with like-minded professionals seems like the perfect getaway from cold November nights. Also, the event is being held very close to Orlando airport, which is one of the cheapest airports to get to in the US.

I look forward to seeing you there!
