click display imagesGood morning,

I do a lot of work with my clients around the limiting beliefs that they have picked up from their parents with whom they usually have their closest and most formative relationships.

While doing this work I have always had a sneaking suspicion that there were other influences at play. I didn't have any proof, but it just felt like something was there.

As it turns out, there is now scientific evidence that shows that trauma can be passed on to the next generation via our genes in our  DNA.

This week I have a conversation with author and researcher Mark Wolynn. Mark's work deals directly with how the traumas of previous generations can be passed along through our genes.

In this interview Mark talks about the science of how this happens in a way that non-scientists can understand. More importantly, he shares how we can uncover the traumas that have been passed along genetically and how they can be healed and released.

These are some of the most exciting ideas I have been exposed to in a long time. I loved this interview!

If you are working on an issue for which you can't pinpoint the memory of when you first experienced it, then you will find this information super helpful.

I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!

PS: I was completely unaware of Mark's work until a reader suggested that I interview him. If there is someone you think I should interview, please let me know. I’d love to hear from you.
