Good morning,
Sometimes my personal tapping sessions are laser-focused. I know exactly what I need to tap for and I know exactly why I feel the way I do.
When this happens it feels as if tapping is second nature. I know exactly what to do, what phrases to say, and in doing this I feel better right away.
At other times the path forward isn't so obvious. I know that something isn't quite right, but I can't put my finger on it. In these situations, tapping is hard.
It feels like I am stabbing around in the dark. The phrases I am saying feel uninspired, as if I am just going through the motions. I don't know about you, but when I experience this, I quit just as quickly as I started because it feels pointless.
But it doesn't have to be this way. It is possible to have a successful tapping session even when you don't know what to tap on or where to begin.
This week I have for you a conversation with EFT Founding Master Gwyneth Moss about how to start when you don't know what to tap on.
Listen to the process here: http://tappingqanda.com/295
You are often so much closer than you realize to knowing what to tap for and following these steps will quickly set you on the right path.
I hope you have a great day,
Gene
PS: In my own life, some of my most powerful tapping sessions have happened when I didn't know where to begin, but pushed through that initial confusion. Take the time to learn this approach. It is powerful. http://tappingqanda.com/295
