click display imagesGood morning,

A few weeks ago I did an interview with founding EFT Master, Andy Bryce. Once we were on the line I asked him about which topic has him most excited these days.

He started telling me about a new technique called mBIT, which stands for multiple Brain Integration Techniques, and the process of mBraining. He told me about the number of neurons that are in our stomach and heart and how these organs act like little brains.

I told him to stop talking!

I wanted to make sure that I captured the whole conversation because it was totally new to me and I figured it might be new to you as well.

Over the course of our conversation Andy talks about how the stomach and heart communicate with our brain, how we can take advantage of this when we are doing transformational work, and how to use this while tapping.

Andy even provides a demonstration where he works with me on an issue that I was struggling with at the time of the call.

Since doing the interview a few weeks ago, I have been thinking about the ideas a lot. I even relistened to the interview a few times.

This is a highly informative and practical interview. You really need to listen to it because it will give you a new way of thinking about how you approach tapping.

I would really love to hear your thoughts on this!
