Good morning,
In just a few weeks people all over the world will be making all sorts of New Year's resolutions.
I have nothing against New Year's resolutions, but I don't think they are a very useful tool for change. Simply stating that you want something to change is not enough to make change actually happen.
If it were enough, then we could do that any day of the year and create change. AND we won't have to wait until January.
Just because I don't think resolutions work doesn't mean I am against having goals and stating an intention to achieve them. Quite the opposite!
I love thoughtful, heartfelt goals, but they are not enough in themselves. You need to create a structure around those goals in order to make them achievable.
This week I have for you a simple process created by my friend Kris Ferraro. She has designed the process to help you clarify your goals, uncover the emotional blocks standing in the way of taking action, and a way to tap for those blocks so you can get clear.
You know how much I love a step-by-step process and this one is great!
Kris has also provided a worksheet that you can print out to make the process super easy to follow.
Get a jumpstart on your 2018 goals by working on them in a way that will lead to tangible action: http://tappingqanda.com/297
I would love to hear how the process works for you.
Blessings,
Gene
