Back in podcast #268 I shared a tapping script with you for releasing limiting beliefs.

One the reasons why letting go of beliefs that are not useful is so difficult is because of how we first adopted those beliefs.

Many of the beliefs we hold about the world were first given to us by the people we love; our childhood teachers are usually family members or primary caregivers. Because they were given to us by the people we love, they are much harder to release.

Letting go of these beliefs can feel as if we are also letting go of those who gave them to us.

This resistance is extremely common, even though we can recognise that it isn’t true or logical.

This week I have a simple 4-step process (plus printable tapping script) for you to use to release the limiting beliefs you have picked up from others.

The process is super simple so you can master it after doing it just once or twice.
