Good morning,
One of my favorite concepts from Buddhist meditation is that of the monkey mind. And the reason I love it so much is because I can totally relate to the idea!
According to Wikipedia, characteristics of the monkey mind are "unsettled; restless; capricious; whimsical; fanciful; inconstant; confused; indecisive; uncontrollable"
Also known as: "Exactly how my brain feels at 3:30 in afternoon when I can't seem to get anything done!"
This lack of focus is a huge barrier to being able to complete important tasks successfully.
This week I have the perfect antidote to the monkey mind!
It is a short and simple tap-along audio (and printable tapping script) that will have you on the right track in no time. It's the perfect way to start your day or to get focused before starting work on an important task.

I hope you have a calm and focused day!
