Broadly speaking, I have two types of clients. The first is people who are trying to work their way through an emotional issue (or group of issues). The second type is people who are building and growing their businesses.

When working with the second group, we spend a lot of time talking strategy and process so that they can do the right tasks and at the best time for maximum results.

One of the most common questions I am asked by these people is, "How much tapping do you do on your own and what do you tap for?"



My own tapping falls into three main categories.

The first is a practical approach where I do some tapping for every task on my to-do list. I covered this process back in Bonus Pod #46.

Second, when I have a clear idea of the exact issue, emotion, or limiting belief I'm experiencing, I use one of the 13 tools that can be found in Advanced Anger Management. Third, every morning, right after I have made my first cup of coffee, I spend some time tapping where I get a piece of software to create the tapping phrases for me.

Weird? I know!

But it really works. I do it every single day and find it highly effective.
