Good morning,
Whenever I get a chance to interact with a tapper, the question I always ask them is, "What is your biggest struggle when it comes to tapping?" I do this because I want to make sure that all of the resources that appear on Tapping Q & A are useful.
When I first started asking this question, I expected the answers to be related to issues like weightloss, forgiveness, chronic pain, and insomnia. And I do receive those answers but...
The most common answer, which accounts for 25% of the replies, is: I don't tap as much as I should. I know it works, but for some reason I just don't do it.
Over the next five weeks I will be answering the five most common questions I am asked by tappers AND naturally we will start with the most common one, mentioned above.
This week I have for you three simple steps you can take right now that will make it easier for you to tap every day.
I have included an audio recording of the instructions, plus a full transcript of the steps. This way you can read or listen, whatever works best for you.
Make tapping part of your daily routine: http://tappingqanda.com/335
Keep your eye out for the answers to the other four most common questions about tapping that I receive.
Blessings,
Gene
