click display images Good morning,

I recently had some guests at my apartment and they commented on how clean and tidy my place was.

One of them, who has known me for years, said, "I didn't know you were such a neat freak."

The reality is that I am not.

I am not super messy, but I am comfortable living with some level of disorganization. (That last statement might be a clever way of saying that I am actually messy.)

At the beginning of the summer I started doing a little tapping every time I got ready to tidy up my place, focusing on the clutter that had accumulated over the weeks.

As I did this, I found that many of the piles and untidiness existed because of small emotional resistances. It never took more than 10 minutes to tap for these issues.

After tapping, I would clean up my place quickly.

As time passed, I found that there were fewer and fewer piles needing to be tidied up. Instead of having to force myself to do the cleaning each weekend, I found that I was unconsciously just tidying it up all the time.

The reason: by getting myself emotionally clear, I was doing the work. AND what was even better, I felt clearer and less cluttered internally.

This week, as part of the 5 Most Commonly Asked Questions series, I share with you my simple process to tap for clutter.

I have included audio instruction as well as a transcript of the audio. You will only have to listen to the process once to master it. It really is that simple!
